Step 2: Prepare Immigration
It is crucial to prepare the supporting documents in advance for the immigration file
The goal is to prepare an immigration file for Belgium. With your Belgian residence permit and work permit, you will be authorized to work anywhere in Europe on assignment.
These administrative procedures may take some time with the Moroccan administration. To minimize the lead time between signing the contract with the client in Europe and obtaining the Schengen immigration visa, it is crucial to have all documents ready to start the immigration process on the same day as the contract signing.
Please note that the documents produced are only valid for 3 months for the Belgian administration.
All documents must be scanned in color and high quality with a scanner and saved in PDF format. Using smartphones for photos is strictly prohibited. We recommend keeping the original documents at home.

A Certificate of “Extrait de la fiche Anthropometrique”, which must bear the Apostille stamp from the “prefecture”. -

Your CV with a clear mention of “Engineer” in it.
